TEAM ASSISTANT

TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:
Coordinating meetings with internal people and external companies
Managing all viewing schedules and brainstorming
Managing the Commissioners' calls and emails when not available, dealing with queries in a timely and professional manner
Arranging travel, accommodation, and meetings for external events
Managing expenses
Providing ad hoc support to the Programming Dept, where required
Producing PowerPoint presentations as required to a high standard
Helping to embed the values and foster a culture of inclusion
TEAM ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
Excellent IT skills and competent in using MS Office, including PowerPoint
Experience in complex diary management
Experience in arranging international travel
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
Able to work to tight deadlines and manage time effectively
