Your Mission:
1. Be part of the Big Mamma kitchen team.
2. Prepare cold dishes, antipasti, and insalate following recipes and directions from kitchen management.
3. Assist in training new Prep and Commis chefs alongside the Chef de Partie.
4. Maintain health & safety standards, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen.
5. Provide excellent customer service with a warm, smiling, professional attitude.
6. Embody Big Mamma values: teamwork, problem-solving, and positivity.
Your Skills:
* Passion for Italian food and a big smile.
* Energetic, proactive, and a team player.
* Experience as a Demi Chef preferred.
* Knowledge of Italian cuisine.
* Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
