As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our presence across England, focusing on selling our precision machining recruitment services to new and existing clients. The Role As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships within the CNC and precision engineering sector. This is a field-based role, predominantly covering England, with the flexibility to work from home when not visiting clients. You will attend our Scottish head office once per month for a management and strategy meeting; the remainder of your time will be spent on the road or working remotely.
