The Role; What We’re Looking For
We need TAs who are;

* Skilled in positive behaviour management and solution-focused thinking
* Proactive team players with a growth mindset
* Passionate about supporting young people with SEND
You must hold
Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Education/Childcare/Child Development/Supporting Teaching & Learning (or equivalent)
GCSEs at minimum Grade C/4 or above in English & Maths (or equivalent)
Experience working with children with learning difficulties
