Temp to Perm Office Assistant

Please note, that initially this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start, notice periods cannot be accommodated.

* Managing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence to ensure smooth office operations

Office Assistant Experience Essentials
* Prior experience in an administrative role, either through a university degree and some work experience, or within a corporate environment
* Confident IT skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems
* Proactive, enthusiastic, with a strong desire to learn and contribute
* Interest in the creative industry and experience working in an owner-led SME is advantageous
* Effective communicator with organised and time-management skills
Location
This role is based near Abingdon with three days onsite. Due to the location you must have access to a car - onsite parking is available for ease of commute.
