Overview
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for leading our Training, Planning, Data & Admin, Stock & Space, Quality and Retail & Partnerships functions and will be a key member of our WH Leadership Team.
You will be a confident operational leader who can role-model our values and behaviours while driving a culture of performance, accountability and continuous improvement across the warehouse.
What You Will Do
1. Lead and develop multi-functional teams, driving high performance, accountability and a continuous improvement mindset
2. Create a strong learning culture through coaching, training needs analysis and structured development plans
3. Own resource planning and workforce optimisation, supporting budgeting and improving planning tools
4. Oversee stock control, intake planning and space utilisation, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency
5. Take responsibility for packaging, consumables and overall stock integrity
6. Lead Quality and Retail processes, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met while driving process improvements
7. Build strong cross-functional relationships with Garment Technology and Merchandising, embedding best practice
8. Oversee warehouse administration, ensuring accurate reporting of hours, productivity and bonus calculations
9. Administer the WH Weekly Group Incentive Scheme and support BSI audit requirements
10. Leverage Warehouse Management Systems and operational data to drive insight, reporting improvements and KPI clarity
11. Contribute to the wider WH Operations leadership team and support broader strategic initiatives
What We Are Looking For
12. Strong experience within a warehouse operations environment, leading multi-functional teams and driving performance
13. Proven track record of delivering operational improvement and managing change effectively
14. Deep understanding of warehouse processes, stock control and continuous improvement principles
15. Experience working with warehouse systems and quality standards, including ISO9000
16. Strong use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
17. Stakeholder management experience
