As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the sales territory in Northern England. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients and distributors, providing product knowledge and support, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall sales growth of the company.QualificationsProven experience in sales, preferably in the lighting or related industryStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients and distributorsExcellent negotiation and closing skillsSelf-motivated and target-orientedStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareAbility to work independently and remotelyWillingness to travel within the assigned regionExperience with lighting design and knowledge of lighting products is a plusFull driving licence
