Position Overview
Culligan UK Limited is looking for a Change and Implementation Analyst to join our team.
You will focus on prioritising and overseeing incoming requests for System and Process changes, while also proactively identifying improvements and enhancements. This role ensures resources are allocated efficiently and changes are implemented effectively, with minimal disruption and maximum benefits to all areas of the business.
* Provide day-to-day support for system applications (IFS, Salesforce, Esker) including break-fix
* Working closely with all Business areas (Customer Service, Operations Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Kaizen, QA) to analyse, identify and document business requirements and process changes, including mapping out workflows and processes
* Working alongside the development team and/or IFS partners to convert business requirements into functional specification, including drafting estimates for cost, efforts and impact analysis on existing functionality, interfaces and business processes. Furthermore, the team will provide guidance on best practices and provide solution options in the context of the solution in projects and change (continuous improvement) requests.
* Assisting in the implementation and oversight of Change Governance framework and ensuring business users adhere to correct processes when submitting change requests
* Assist in analysing data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement

* Maintaining and updating Service Now requests in the agreed SLA’S
* Track Progress, monitor & evaluate new changes, along with working with Quality Assurance team
* Conduct high-level tests of system changes, before they’re handed over to end users for thorough integration testing and UAT
* Transition new functionality into service from a training/end user documentation perspective
* Regularly attend business meetings where new processes, business models and or operations are the subject of discussion
* Map out workflow and business processes
* Support data-driven decision making to implement process enhancements and continuous improvements
* Supporting the migration of Acquisitions and mergers as and when required
* Tracking and meeting deadlines for implementation of change requests
