What will your responsibilities be?
1. Community-based functional assessments
2. Equipment & adaptation recommendations
3. Promoting independence and safe living
4. Working within a supportive MDT

Qualifications & Experience:
10. Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
11. Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy
12. Community experience desirable
13. Confident managing a caseload independently
