A market-leading European financial investment company is seeking a Norwegian speaking Graduate Client Services Associate to join their dynamic team.
The role of the Norwegian speaking Client Services Associate
As a Norwegian speaking Client Services Associate, you will have the unique chance to work closely with existing clients, enhancing the quality of service they receive. This role offers the perfect blend of client interaction and operational insight, allowing you to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions. Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring you are well-equipped to excel in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage directly with major banks and financial institutions in Norway to assist with administrative and operational processes
2. Gain exposure to business operations across various European markets
3. Produce reports on the current situation of prospective clients
4. Serve as a direct contact or subject matter expert in multiple areas as you take on more responsibility
5. Report to the Client Service Team Leader, who will guide your on-the-job training and professional development.
Candidate Profile:
6. Fluency in Norwegian
7. A recent University graduate with a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) — ideally in Finance, Economics, Business Studies, or a related field
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
9. Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
10. Consistent attention to detail and quality.
11. Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
12. No previous work experience is necessary as full training will be provided!
Salary & Benefits:
13. Base salary: £35,000 per annum.
14. Discretionary performance bonus: up to £8,000.
15. Relocation package of £8,000 relocation package to London
16. Annual leave: 28 days (plus option to purchase up to 3 additional days).
17. Paid holidays: up to 11 per year.
18. Enhanced maternity pay: 26 weeks at full base pay for eligible employees.
19. Retirement pension plan: 9% company contribution plus matching up to 5% of base pay.
