A fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Brand Manager to join GSK’s growing Respiratory business. In this highly accountable role, you will be responsible for leading end to end campaign delivery through the development and optimisation of omnichannel HCP focussed content.
We are looking for someone with a passion for building exceptional customer experience through omnichannel, content led campaigns to excel in a high impact, high visibility and highly ambitious brand team and working with a large cross-functional salesforce.
Your responsibilities:
Strategically plan, execute and optimise marketing campaigns, including email, social media, display advertising campaigns with a specific focus on the maximising the customer omnichannel experience.
Develop high value and highly effective content working closely with internal and external experts and agency partners.
Measure and report performance of your marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insight
Plan, execute, and measure with a test and learn mindset and conversion tests
Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Basic qualifications and experience:
Strong understanding of the ABPI code of practice
Experienced in Primary Care Marketing of POMs
High quality multi-format content creation and production
Exposure to working in or engaging with a large salesforce
Strong knowledge of building exceptional customer experiences through omnichannel campaign development, execution, measurement and optimisation
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
Preferred qualifications:
Experience within the Respiratory Therapy Area
Pharmaceutical Sales experience
Agile project management skills and experience
Working experience of Veeva Vault PromoMats (Content Lab)
