Key Responsibilities
* Direct daily project operations to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality standards.
* Translate the shareholder's visions into actionable, scalable, and efficient business plans.
* Manage project budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
* Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Oversee project managers and staff, directing HR and recruitment efforts.
