Proficiency in NEC 4 Contracts: Strong knowledge of NEC 4 contracts under Options A, C, and E is required to manage and deliver projects successfully. IT Proficiency: A high level of competency with IT systems to ensure efficient project management and communication. Understanding of CDM Regulations: Excellent knowledge of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations, ensuring compliance and safety.
