Receptionist – Laser & Aesthetics Clinic
We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist to be the face of our clients busy and growing Laser & Aesthetics Clinic. This role is perfect for someone with strong admin skills, front-of-house experience, and a natural flair for customer service and sales.
Responsibilities
* Greet clients and manage reception with warmth and professionalism
* Handle calls, emails, and appointment bookings
* Maintain accurate client records and support daily admin
* Guide clients on treatments and recommend services/products
* Keep front-of-house tidy and well-presented
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
* Previous front-of-house or admin experience (aesthetics/beauty a plus)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confident, polished, and client-focused
* Comfortable using booking systems and basic office software
* Sales-savvy with a proactive approach
* Supportive, friendly team
* On-site parking
* Monday–Friday with some Saturdays
