Job Description
Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operation in EU region, including financial reporting, budgeting, tax planning, audit, and compliance. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead a finance team. Will work closely with senior management to drive financial performance and support the companys growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operation:
:Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
:Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
:Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys goals.
Risk Management
:Identify and mitigate financial and tax risks.
:Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
:Manage internal and external audits.
Team Leadership
:Lead and mentor the finance team members, fostering culture of inclusive and continuous learning.
:Collaborate with cross functional teams and HQ to drive strategic initiatives and business growth.
Requirement
Qualifications
:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
:Minimum of 15 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
:Hands on knowledge of European financial regulations and accounting standards.
:Excellent analytical, problem:solving, and decision:making skills.
:Proven ability to lead and develop a high:performing finance team.
:Strong communication and presentation skills. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
:Experiences in multinational company with HQ overseas.
:Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
