Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Your main task will be to support the completion of EHCPs and other SEND processes within expected guidelines ensuring that the voice of the children and their families are included. You will attend a variety of multi-agency meetings to provide your expertise in understanding children's needs and how best to help them achieve the best possible outcomes. You will support the team in maintaining clear and up to date data, and as part of your role, you will be required to keep detailed records of your work with children and families and to review their progress regularly. You will need good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work and work to deadlines. You will be required to work within tight budgets. You will work as part of a multi-agency team.
