The home supports individuals with a range of needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and emotional or behavioural challenges. You will lead by example, ensuring high standards of care while helping young people develop, thrive, and reach their potential. This role includes a rota covering weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-in shifts.
