Part-Time Office & Front of House Coordinator (6-Month Contract)

Are you an organised, people-focused professional who enjoys keeping things running smoothly?

My client is looking for a friendly and efficient Office & Front of House Coordinator to join their team on a part-time, 6-month contract.

This is a varied role where you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and service providers, while also providing essential administrative support to the wider office.

What you’ll be doing:
Greeting guests, managing visitor passes, and ensuring a warm, professional welcome.
Coordinating front-of-house and office operations, including contractors and service providers.
Providing general administrative support to help the office run efficiently.
Assisting with occasional events (some paid overtime may be required). What we’re looking for:
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A proactive, can-do attitude and a professional manner.
Previous experience in administration, reception, or office coordination.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks. Hours & Flexibility: There can be flexibility around the working schedule.

Typical options might include:

Morning coverage (8:00/8:30am – 12:00/12:30pm),
Lunchtime/afternoon coverage, or
A mix of both across 4–5 days per week. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time hours in a welcoming, professional environment where your contribution truly matters. You’ll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly and supporting a friendly, collaborative team.
