Our client, is seeking a Highway Programme Engagement Administration Officer to join their team on a contract basis in Winchester.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support for all transport and road schemes
* Managing engagement activities and communications related to highway projects
* Organising and attending project meetings, including out-of-hours and occasional weekend engagements
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation for transport improvement schemes
* Collaborating with project teams to ensure successful delivery of highway programmes
* Coordinating with stakeholders and the public to facilitate effective project communication
* Supporting site visits and engagement events as required
Job Requirements:
* Experience in administrative roles, with a strong focus on highways or transport projects
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in using office software and tools for documentation and communication
* Ability to work proactively and adapt to changing project needs
* Driving licence (Category B) required
* Standard DBS check required
* Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
