As Za'ta grows across London, we're building a team to grow with us. We're looking for a Marketing & Content Associate who can take our strategy, brandbook, and ideas and bring them to life across digital channels with creativity, precision, and impact.

The Role

This role blends digital marketing with hands-on content execution. You'll support paid campaigns, manage social media content, assist with influencer partnerships, and make sure every Za'ta touchpoint feels on-brand.

Your job is to help bring our plans to life: ensuring every campaign, post, and ad not only looks great but also helps us grow, connect, and share Za'ta's story with more people.

Your Impact

You'll help make sure Za'ta's story reaches people—not just in our restaurants, but on their screens, in their feeds, and in their inboxes.

* Assist in planning, launching, and optimising paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads to grow awareness and attract new customers
* Monitor performance using Google Analytics 4, ad dashboards, and social insights, preparing reports with clear takeaways
* Manage and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, keeping every post on-brand and engaging
* Research keywords, audience insights, and trends to sharpen targeting and visibility
* Support CRM and email marketing campaigns, from welcome journeys to loyalty and reactivation flows
* Help coordinate influencer and creator partnerships, from outreach and negotiation to tracking deliverables
* Assist with website updates and optimisation to ensure a smooth, on-brand digital experience
* Collaborate with the design team and external partners to deliver consistent, high-quality marketing assets

About You

* 1–2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally in food, lifestyle, hospitality, or retail
* Familiar with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, Google Analytics, and CRM tools (or keen to grow your skills in these)
* Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and budget tracking, and have an eye for aesthetics—able to work with Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools
* Detail-oriented: you know when a post feels on-brand, a caption feels human, or a colour feels right
* Proactive, curious, and eager to learn: you're excited to turn ideas into real campaigns
* Most importantly: you believe in food with soul—and you understand what Za'ta is all about

Nice-to-Haves

* Experience with SEO tools
* Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut)
* Familiarity with influencer/creator platforms
* Knowledge of website builder (Shopify, Squarespace, or Wix)
* Understanding of UX/UI principles for digital optimisation
* A network of foodie influencers, creators, or PR contacts in London
* Bonus: speaking Arabic or French—bringing even more cultural depth to Za'ta's story

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
