As the company continues to expand and develop, we are on the search for a Community Engagement Manager to be the face of Radfield Home Care and take full responsibility for the growth of a local business. You will undertake marketing and public relations activity to promote the brand in the local community to generate client enquiries in order to grow the business; you will proactively engage with local businesses, charities, healthcare professionals, volunteer groups and community influences; it is essential that you are a natural communicator digitally, face-to-face and through written language. MAIN ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for increasing brand awareness and enquiries within the business area Build relationships and engage with local industry events, community partners, businesses and individuals Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns using social media, PPC, email, press releases and any other relevant online and offline channels Create written and creative content for social media, website and other marketing materials Analyse data and report ROI of marketing and networking campaigns Work with the Director and Finance team to create marketing plans and budgets Create, plan & host events that will lead to engagement with community partners, clients and potential care professionals Identify opportunities for articles and blog content Identify and write relevant sector awards entries Maintain & Improve sector and professional knowledge Any other duties that may be deemed relevant to your role Interested in joining the team?
