Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated part time Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a smooth and efficient bar operation. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
Duties
* Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, in accordance with standard recipes.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene at all times.
* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries or requests for assistance.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations during busy periods.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies.
Skills
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
* Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
* Previous experience in a restaurant or bartending role is advantageous but not essential.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service to guests.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
