We have a fantastic opportunity for a new Branch Manager in the Stockport area.
Basic salary: £34,445 + bonus (OTE £40k) and company car.
We're looking for a great people manager with a personality who is resilient and has a "Can Do" attitude with a hands-on approach to leading and motivating a small team.
Passion is all you need; no previous bathroom experience is required as full training will be given. Travel will be required to train for the role, so a full driving license is essential.
You will be responsible for the following:
* Day to day running of a branch in a highly competitive and sales-focused environment
* Having a hands-on approach to dealing with our traders and customers' enquiries on a daily basis
* Recruit, train and motivate a small team to achieve targets
* Driving P&L through sales, margin & cost controls
You will be:

Trading Hours: M-T 8am - 4pm, W-T 8am - 5pm, F 7am - 4pm, Sat 9am - 1pm. No Sundays or late nights, closed from 23rd Dec - 3rd Jan.
