The Role In this office-based role, you'll play a key part in expanding our customer base and re-engaging dormant accounts. You'll be the friendly, proactive voice of my client — reaching out to clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that drive business success.

What You'll Be Doing Reconnect with lapsed clients and rebuild strong relationships.
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
Promote our range of platform hire services to existing and potential customers.
Prepare accurate and competitive quotes tailored to client needs.
Manage the order process from initial enquiry to completion.
Record all leads, interactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
Work closely with colleagues across departments to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer experiences.
What We're Looking For Proven experience in internal or office-based sales.
Confident communicator — both over the phone and in writing.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
A proactive approach to calling new and existing clients.
Experience with quoting and order management systems (preferred).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
