What you'll be doing: You will play a key role in expanding our reach across schools in the UK and to British Schools globally. You’ll be identifying new opportunities, nurturing leads, and turning interest into long-term partnerships. Your work will directly support schools in using data-driven insights to improve outcomes for pupils via the acquisition of school aspire subscriptions or other products. Who we're looking for: We’re looking for an approachable, driven Sales Adviser who loves building relationships and enjoys making a real impact. You’ll be connecting schools with FFT’s flagship products – tools that help pupils thrive. If you’re passionate about education and enjoy engaging with people, this could be the perfect role for you! You’ll need to: Have the ability and knowledge to manage the full sales cycle (lead generation through to closing contracts). Have strong communication and presentation skills for delivering online demos and engaging school leaders. Be comfortable with outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) Have the ability to maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline progress. Be self-motivated and target-driven with good time management. It’s a bonus if you also have: Knowledge of the UK education sector, school performance trends, and policy. Experience delivering webinars or online demos. Familiarity with FFT services. The ability to collaborate effectively within a sales team. Experience selling to schools or multi-academy trusts. An existing network of contacts in the education sector. Experience in using LinkedIn for professional outreach and lead generation. Previous success in subscription-based or SaaS sales. Hours: Full-time, 34 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with one shorter working day per week) Location: Hybrid – Cowbridge (South Wales) HQ - office attendance required at least 2 days per week. You may occasionally be required to travel to alternative locations for events, such as conferences, with reasonable prior notice. Expenses for travelling on these occasions may be claimed back.
