Main duties of the job
* Undertake consultations with a range of patients as an autonomous practitioner taking a history, carrying out physical examination, and using clinical knowledge and judgement to identify potential diagnosis.

* Assist clinical audit and the setting and monitoring of service standards.
* Keep accurate and up-to-date records of patient consultations using appropriate clinical software.
