Are you detail-oriented, data-savvy, and passionate about maintaining the integrity of professional assessments/qualifications? Our client is seeking a dedicated Administrator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate delivery of its high-stakes professional qualifications.
As an Administrator, you will be instrumental in ensuring robust, reliable, and fair results processes for a suite of respected professional qualifications. From setting up exam sessions to supporting the marking process and managing examiner queries, you’ll be at the heart of operations that directly impact thousands of candidates globally.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support exam session setup and oversee the progress of marking activities.
* Act as a key contact for examiners during marking, addressing queries and ensuring process consistency.
* Coordinate and contribute to results determination for multiple assessments, including professional and advanced levels.
* Provide accurate statistical data and insights to internal teams, committees, and external stakeholders.
* Maintain and improve process documentation to enhance efficiency and service quality.
* Work flexibly across other qualifications as needed, adapting to changing priorities.
To be a successful Administrator, you must have:
* Solid IT skills, particularly in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, intermediate formulas, mail merges).
* Experience working with data, ideally within an assessment or education-focused environment.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and process integrity.
* Clear and confident written and verbal communication.
* A proactive approach and interest in continuous improvement, particularly in analytics or data use.
