The Design Engineer is a new role to support the growth and demand that our cutting‑edge quality our gas generators provide. In this role you will join our multidisciplinary Engineering Group, where you will work within cross‑functional teams to drive the design and development of both new and existing products—supporting every stage of the manufacturing process. You’ll play a key role in identifying new materials, methods, and processes to enhance quality, performance, and reliability through innovative design.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Leading design work with minimal supervision on varied and complex projects
* Revising and improving existing products to enhance performance and market appeal
* Creating and maintaining 3D models and Bills of Materials
* Developing new products with a focus on manufacturability and serviceability
* Producing technical documentation for customers, field engineers, and compliance
* Ensuring designs meet international standards and performance requirements
* Supporting fault correction, production continuity, and cross‑department collaboration
* Mentoring associate and apprentice engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices


What You’ll Bring

* Degree in Product Design, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering—or equivalent experience
* 1–2 years’ experience in a design engineering role involving machine or system design
* Knowledge of pneumatic and dynamic fluid systems is desirable
* Strong 3D modelling and simulation skills
* Experience in prototyping, test design, and product development
* Familiarity with LVD and EMC directives
* Understanding of document compliance and drawing revision control
* Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
* Strong IT skills and use of DFMEA
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
* A proactive, adaptable mindset with a focus on delivering right‑first‑time solutions
* Experience in refrigerant or HVAC systems is a plus
