Reports to: Regional Head of Cold Chain Logistics
Purpose of the Role
The Regional Product Manager will own the Cold Chain Logistics MbM P&L in the UK. The role is responsible for developing and deploying the Regional Cold Chain Logistics product strategy and creating customer-centric value propositions, in close collaboration with the Regional Cold Chain Logistics Manager, other Regional Product Managers, and the Regional Commercial Cold Chain organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Growth & Strategy
Develop and sustain Cold Chain Logistics product growth in the assigned Region(s).
Define, implement, and execute the Regional Cold Chain Logistics strategy as a cascade of the Global Cold Chain Logistics Strategy.
2. Customer Solutions & Sales Support
Qualify opportunities and sign off final customer solutions, including pricing based on catalogue prices and OIPC components.
Support delivery of opportunities based on the Regional Cold Chain Logistics value proposition.
Participate in RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes with sales to ensure comprehensive, competitive, and aligned proposals.
Define required sales pipeline size and partner with Regional Commercial teams to ensure sufficient inflow.
Support acquisition opportunities and non-controlled business development.
3. Stakeholder & Market Engagement
Provide SME support for the commercial organization, serving as the go-to Cold Chain Logistics product expert.
Partner with the Global Cold Chain Logistics team for large or complex opportunities.
Create and drive Centers of Expertise to strengthen Cold Chain knowledge and solutions.
Develop Cold Chain Logistics end-to-end value propositions in cooperation with Commercial and Global Product teams.
Build awareness and knowledge of Cold Chain Logistics products with internal stakeholders.
4. Customer Voice & Product Development
Document customer needs and feedback through engagement with the commercial organization.
Coordinate with other Regions to share best practices and support non-controlled business.
Collaborate on integrated product development and innovation opportunities.
Act as the voice of the customer within the product organization, providing feedback to influence OIPC and future product requirements.
Build and collect case studies for references and market positioning.

5. Strong knowledge of the Cold Chain Logistics industry.
6. Proven experience in solution selling and developing technical service offerings.
7. Financial and pricing acumen, with ability to assess P&L impacts.
8. Deep understanding of local/regional Cold Chain Logistics market trends.
9. Knowledge of customer industry requirements for Cold Chain products.
10. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and geographies.
11. Understanding of commercial solution sales processes.
12. Self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
