About the Role: Design and deliver engaging and inclusive Geography lessons tailored to the needs of girls across all year groups. Cultivate a supportive and empowering learning environment that fosters a love of exploration, critical thinking, and geographical inquiry. Guide students in developing a deep understanding of geographical concepts, analytical skills, and practical applications. Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, and beyond). Collaborate with colleagues in the Geography department and across other disciplines to create a holistic learning experience. Contribute to the school's Catholic ethos and participate in extracurricular activities related to Geography. The Ideal Candidate: Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Geography or a closely related discipline. Demonstrates a strong passion for Geography and a commitment to empowering young women to achieve their full potential. Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management within a single-sex learning environment.
