We're now looking for a Training Administrator. This role plays a key part in ensuring training activities run smoothly, records are accurately maintained, and employees receive the support they need to develop and succeed. Working closely with operational teams and training providers, you'll help keep learning on track in a fast paced environment.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Plan and manage the training diary, working closely with Operations and Planning teams
* Act as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and queries
* Maintain accurate training records across electronic systems and paper files, including ALPS
* Coordinate training activity for new starters, ongoing development, and leavers
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including management, trainers, and MHE instructors
