Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Salary: £14 per hour
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday
Location: Tanworth in Arden, Solihull (own transport essential)

Role Responsibilities
* Respond to enquiries via Live Chat, email, text and phone with professionalism and efficiency
* Manage contracts and associated administrative tasks
* Collaborate with teams across Membership, Development, Sales and Marketing
* Solve problems proactively and contribute to overall member satisfaction
Candidate Profile
The Ideal Candidate Will
* Have previous experience in a customer service role
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organisational skills with keen attention to detail
* Possess IT proficiency and a general knowledge of GDPR
* Exhibit a confident and polite telephone manner
* Be capable of prioritizing tasks during busy periods and working independently or as part of a team
