We are recruiting an Estate Manager for a company in Dover.
* Management of leases, rent reviews, and general estate management tasks
* Manage the relationship with the Engineering (facilities management) team, and its appointed contractors to ensure excellent service is given to customers
* Manage the delivery of the advertising agreements
* Manage the aged debt for the property business
* Management of any statutory and lease compliance
* Manage the delivery of cleaning and waste management activities that affect commercial and residential property
* Manage the process for Energy Performance ratings for both commercial and residential property and advise on changes to legislation
* Champion exceptional customer service, develop relationships with all customers with effective management of queries and complaints
Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience
* Some experience in building, surveying, and maintenance
* A proven track record of working with key stakeholders and property management
* Have the ability to identify new opportunities
* Demonstrable understanding of financial/budgetary implications
* Basic understanding of business rates and VO functions
* Good knowledge of MS Office
* Have the ability to be flexible to work outside of normal office hours if required
* Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle
