Experienced Lettings Director required to lead and grow a successful lettings operation in Hartley Wintney and the broader Hampshire area: overseeing lettings strategy, performance, compliance, and team development within a highly respected local independent agency.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Lettings professional to take a senior leadership role within a respected independent Estate Agency in the local area.
This position offers full responsibility for shaping and developing the lettings division, driving performance, and supporting long-term business growth while leading a high-performing team.
Candidates who have strong local knowledge and who are ARLA qualified will be considered preferentially
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Leading and developing the lettings department across all operational areas
* Setting and delivering strategic growth plans for the lettings business
* Generating new business and maintaining strong landlord relationships
* Overseeing valuations, listings, and instruction wins
* Managing, mentoring, and developing the lettings team
* Driving revenue growth and achieving performance targets
* Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation and regulations
* Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Proven experience in residential lettings at senior management or director level
* Strong track record of business growth and team leadership
* Excellent valuation and instruction-winning ability
* Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
* Outstanding communication and client relationship skills
* High level of professionalism and presentation
* Good knowledge of the Hartley Wintney and surrounding property market preferred
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
