This position will involve supporting the finance function across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, along with assisting during month-end and providing general administrative support where needed.
Duties Will Include
1. Raising and issuing customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
2. Monitoring incoming payments and proactively following up on outstanding balances
3. Handling customer and supplier queries, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
4. Processing supplier invoices, including coding and securing appropriate approvals
5. Preparing payment runs and ensuring suppliers are paid within agreed terms
