The Role We are looking for an experienced and dependable Senior Support Worker to join a residential childcare team. In addition to providing day-to-day care, you will take on a leadership role within the home, supporting less experienced staff and helping to maintain high standards of care. This is a hands-on role where you will lead by example, ensuring children and young people feel safe, supported, and encouraged to thrive.
