Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the successful opening and day-to-day running of the new Birmingham store
* Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
* Manage all retail operations including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance
* Take full P&L responsibility, ensuring strong sales and profitability
* Drive recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to create a motivated and skilled team
* Maintain excellent store standards in line with brand expectations
* Adapt quickly to the challenges and opportunities of a new store launch and peak trading periods
About You:
* Proven experience in retail management, ideally including new store openings or start-ups
