About the role
The Sales Support Manager (EU) will be a central part of the commercial function, working cross-functionally across Sales, BIDs, and Customer Success to drive deal velocity and increase sales efficiency. This role blends administrative excellence with light-touch sales engagement, enabling our frontline team to focus on high-value conversations and deal execution

Job Requirements

What are we looking for?
Required Experience:
* 2+ years experience in a commercial support, sales operations, or sales support role
* Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
* Familiarity with an enterprise sales process and deal stages (from lead to close)
* Comfortable handling inbound leads and surfacing qualification data
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently, with a proactive mindset
* Strong attention to detail, especially in document preparation
* Confident liaising across multiple teams (Sales, BIDs, CSM, Marketing)
Desired Experience:
* Experience supporting B2B SaaS or tech-focused sales teams
* Familiarity with MEDDPICC or other qualification frameworks
* Previous involvement in bid support or RFP coordination
* Experience working across European markets or with distributed teams
* Basic experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot Sequences, Outreach)
* Exposure to event coordination or post-trade-show follow-up work
* Working knowledge of tools like SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.



Job Responsibilities


Ownership and Impact

* Manage and maintain some elements of the European CRM data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
* Handle inbound lead qualification, assigning leads to AEs according to agreed criteria and territory rules.
* Support the EU sales phone line by handling inbound sales calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate AE or department.
* Engage in early-stage outreach to new leads and prospects to surface initial interest, gather qualifying information, and support the MEDDPICC process.
* Identify and document key business pains, decision criteria, and basic economic context for new leads before AE handover.
* Support AEs and the BIDs team with admin tasks on live sales projects, including document preparation, meeting coordination, and follow-up tracking.
* Conduct research on target accounts, contacts, and industries to support account planning and outreach strategies.
* Manage and coordinate outbound email sequences on behalf of the sales team.
* Monitor and respond to inbound inquiries from web forms, emails, and other digital channels, ensuring prompt follow-up.
* Support AEs with scheduling of meetings, demos, and sales calls.
* Provide administrative support on BIDs and Customer Success (CSM) projects where EU AEs are involved.
