This Position reports to:
Local Division Customer Support Manager.

In this role, you will leverage your SAP technical expertise to bridge the gap between the technical environment and the business. By gathering requirements and utilizing data analytics, you will assess processes, identify problems and opportunities, and offer strategic solutions. Your focus will be on influencing stakeholders and ensuring customer‑centric decision‑making to support the implementation of new or enhanced IS solutions and services.

The work model for the role is hybrid.
This role is contributing to the UK Electrification Smart Buildings Division.


Your Role and Responsibilities

* Stay informed on changes in ABB corporate IS enterprise architecture and strategy to ensure alignment with business needs.
* Conduct business analysis, providing technical and process expertise to support decisions on new or modified IS solutions and services (SAP, Easyorder, Esker).
* Identify and prioritize functional requirements while defining solutions using best practices to meet customer needs effectively.
* Utilize appropriate business analysis methods and tools, conducting advanced modeling for major change programs.
* Support operations by assisting in incident resolution, business verification for IS services, and continual service improvement.
* Manage and optimize cross‑functional processes, ensuring IS services operate efficiently and align with governance and compliance requirements.

* Process Optimization & Efficiency: Enhance workflows, streamline operations, and implement impactful improvements.
* Data Analytics & Insights: Convert complex data into actionable strategies that drive business decisions.
* Project & Risk Management: Lead projects effectively while mitigating risks to safeguard business continuity.
* Service & Operations Excellence: Ensure smooth service delivery and operational effectiveness to maximize customer satisfaction.
* Agile & Business Analysis: Foster adaptability, collaboration, and strategic thinking to optimize business solutions.
* IT Management & Systems Expertise: Leverage technical skills in SAP SD & MM, Easyorder, and Esker to enhance system functionality and support business needs.
