Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Foods section in Shirley Southampton. You will become a champion of our high-quality products, value offers, and excellent customer service. We are seeking passionate individuals who take pride in knowledge of M&S Food products and are excited to share it with customers.
Work pattern
Saturday 06:00 - 10:00; Sunday 08:00 - 12:00. Part-time shifts across the weekend.
Responsibilities
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points
* Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are stocked
* Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services
* Utilise digital tools and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience
