As a Conveyancing Assistant / Conveyancing Secretary, you will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the conveyancing department. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits.
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant, Legal Assistant, Conveyancing Secretary, Legal Secretary, Legal Administrator, or in a similar role.
* At least 6 months of experience working in a conveyancing department.
* Skilled in using legal case management systems and MS Office.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Professional telephone manner and confident client communication skills.
