Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join our business out of the Head office in Gerrards Cross. This role is pivotal to ensuring that operations run smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently supporting the general contractor’s team.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct internal ISO 45001, 14001 & 9001 audits across the Group
* Work closely with compliance team members in various locations
* Support team members on the Integrated Management System requirements
* Support with the maintenance of SSIP and award schemes
* Undertake various compliance inspections at TSL locations, ensuring suitable close out of any findings
* Assist in vetting potential Sub-contractor PQQ’s and maintaining the approved database
* Conduct ISO Management review meetings and maintain relevant logs
Requirements
* Holds a NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent as a minimum
* Previous experience of ISO internal auditing
* Previous experience Maintaining SSIP schemes
* Knowledgeable in UK H&S regulations and procedures
* Knowledgeable in ISO 45001, 14001 & 9001
* Knowledge of GDPR (UK & EU)
* Has a good understanding and Knowledge of ISO 27001
* Willing to travel and visit site offices
Desired Qualifications:
* NEBOSH Fire Certificate or equivalent
* ISO Internal Auditor
* ISO Lead Auditor
