GLL is looking for a children activity assistant to work at Ulverston Leisure centre. If you have the skills and ambition to join us, there has never been a more exciting time to join us.
What you’ll do:
1. Setting up equipment
2. Deliver first-class customer service
3. Deal with customer queries
4. Teach high quality gymnastics at a variety of levels
5. Deliver lessons that are safe, fun and progressive
6. Safe coaching and supporting skills
7. Complete registers and assessments of participants using GLL iPads
8. Completing or assisting with equipment set ups
9. Completing or assisting with warm ups and cool downs
10. Assisting with the assessment process (award scheme and skills matrix)
11. Providing parental feedback where required
12. Level 1 coaches aged 18+ may be responsible for the overall delivery of lessons and courses
What you need:
13. A can-do attitude
14. A real focus on customer service.
15. Passion and personality
16. Knowledge of health and safety
17. Be a great team player
18. Qualified at Level 1, 2 or 3. However, training can be given for those that would like to become gymnastics coaches.
