About the role
As the Commercial Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our sales function to drive Brixton Brand growth across both the Brixton and HEINEKEN UK channels. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll spearhead the development and execution of our sales strategy, leveraging your expertise to achieve ambitious goals and expand our market presence.
Your key responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the Brixton direct sales plan to achieve agreed-upon annual targets and KPIs.
* Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, brewing, and operations to align sales efforts with business objectives.
* Mentor and coach a team of sales professionals to deliver commercial success and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Who we’re looking for?
This is a leadership role first and foremost, so we’re looking for someone who has proven experience coaching, mentoring and building teams to be set for success. As a new position, you’ll be comfortable with dealing with ambiguity during the early stages of embedding this new role, as well as building, developing and managing the expectations of all HEINEKEN and Brixton stakeholders.
Your skill sets and experience will include a solid commercial focus, consistent achievement in a sales environment and a growth mindset. We’re open to new ideas and a new approach to the way we work. We want you to bring something different to this role, your thinking will spark discussion, debate and inspiration.
