You’ll be smashing targets, growing the business, and delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back. Your Day-to-Day Might Include: Registering customers and matching them with suitable properties Generating and conducting property viewings Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, and tenants and landlords, to achieve mutual satisfaction Maximising branch income by cross-selling other services such as mortgages, conveyancing and insurance Managing administrative tasks such as preparing documents, booking appointments and maintaining customer records Delivering an exceptional service to our customers by providing them with regular updates on their transactions What You’ll Need High energy, persistence and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Skills in closing deals and objection-handling Communication, active listening and rapport-building expertise – to understand customer needs, and to work as part of a team Good time management and organisation The ability to travel to properties for appointments on a regular basis What’s In It for You?
