To support the continuous growth at the Port of Felixstowe, we are seeking proactive and people-focused Shift Supervisors to support the smooth and safe running of operations. This role involves coordinating team members and resources to ensure operational goals are met efficiently, safely, and in line with company values.
You’ll play a key role in guiding your team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and ensuring high standards of performance and conduct.
We are looking for great people leaders, who have health and safety at the heart of everything they do. Experience in container operations isn't essential as training will be provided.
