Overview

Apply your Administration Skills to Support Inclusive Learning and Empower Student Success. As our Inclusive Learning Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that students with additional needs receive the support and opportunities they deserve. Working closely with the Head of Inclusive Learning, you'll bring organisation, efficiency and a proactive approach to a dynamic and rewarding department.

Commitment to Safeguarding We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults and we ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities for upholding these principles. As a designated establishment, we are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore have an obligation to carry out checks to ensure that staff are suitable to work with children and vulnerable adults. These checks include conviction/caution self-declaration, Enhanced DBS check and obtaining sufficient referencing.

Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality administrative support to the Inclusive Learning team.
* Support with the coordination and completion of annual reviews for students with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
* Liaise effectively with local authorities and key stakeholders to ensure compliance and excellent service.
* Help develop and streamline processes using smart working practices to keep pace with the demands of a busy department.
* Contribute to creating an inclusive, learner-focused environment where every student can succeed.


What you will bring

* Strong IT skills with confidence using Microsoft Office and data systems.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
* Experience handling financial processes such as ordering and invoicing.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills.
* Clear communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in minute-taking.
* Knowledge of assistive technology to support inclusive learning (or willingness to develop).
* Commitment to Safeguarding and PREVENT practices.
* NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent).
* Willingness to undertake Administration of Medication training.
