The Role:
Run the purchase and sales ledger functions smoothly and with precision
Take full responsibility for processing invoices, supplier payments and credit control
Manage regular bank reconciliations to keep finances accurate and up to date
Own the debtor reporting process, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
Be the go-to for all transactional finance queries – supporting your team and wider school staff
The Person:
School finance experience is non-negotiable
Confident with Excel and able to pick up systems quickly
Collaborative, with a helpful attitude and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a busy office setting
5 days a week, term-time only – perfect for someone looking for consistency, autonomy, and meaningful work during the school year.
Salary: £32,000 – £33,000 (Pro Rata)
