Extrusion Operator
We are currently seeking Machine Operators to join our dynamic and growing Extrusion department.
Our successful Extrusion team takes pride in producing VEKA and Halo profiles by transforming raw materials into PVCu.
You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in a key growth area of our business, demonstrating integrity and teamwork at all times.
What you'll do
1. Operate extrusion lines effectively, including starting and stopping lines
2. Manage raw material and product changes, cleaning
3. Handle packaging materials
4. Rectify line faults
5. Monitor product quality
6. Work in accordance with QS/ETS standards
What you'll need
1. Ability to work a 4-shift system: 12-hour shifts (Days 7am-7pm, Nights 7pm-7am)
2. Basic machining knowledge (not essential)
3. Enthusiasm and a passion to learn
4. Average physical fitness, as manual handling is involved
