Job Title: New Homes Sales Advisor / Sales Executive Location: Thursday to Monday, 10am–5pm (weekends and bank holidays required)

As a New Homes Sales Executive, you’ll take full ownership of a development site, guiding potential buyers through the entire purchase process — from first enquiry to move-in day. You'll be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional customer journey at every stage.
Recommend trusted mortgage brokers and solicitors to support buyers
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
Monitor market trends and implement local marketing initiatives
You’ll Excel in This Role If You Have:
Proven sales experience (property or related industries preferred)
A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service
Confidence in handling administrative duties and digital systems
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
